The identity of a client is kept confidential until the client approves an applicant for interview. At that time, the applicant is provided all necessary information on the client appropriate for an interview or temp-work-day including practice address, doctors and managers, details on parking and attire. Additionally, we provide clients with any details that will create a relaxed and informative interview for all participants.
The identity of an applicant, regardless of their status with us, is kept strictly confidential from current employers and other candidates. Applicants are only presented to clients after the applicant themself has approved us to present them for the job. Current employers are not contacted for references unless an applicant specifically requests it.
