Duties:

  • Assist Dermatologist with in-office procedures and minor surgeries
  • Coordinate pharmacy call-ins and medication details with patients
  • Patient intake and updating history confirming all information is current and correct
  • This position is Back Office but applicant should be open to assisting with Front / phones etc... as needed during busy times

Skills Required:

  • Dermatology practice work experience is required!
  • Computer proficiency must include a Dermatology EMR - EMA or Modernizing Medicine is preferred
  • Understanding of Meaningful Use practices is highly desired
  • Must have 2+ years recent medical private practice work experience with employment longevity
  • This office is "medical dermatology" so preferred candidates should be comfortable with maintaining a natural appearance.
  • Requires the ability and desire to work with other team members to ensure excellent customer service, a smooth office flow and maximum use of practitioners’ time including paying attention to other staff to voluntarily assist in other areas as needed
  • Blood draw is not needed but must have experience establishing a sterile field, sterilizing instruments and assisting with minor surgical procedures

Schedule & Compensation:

  • M-F 8a-5p or 8:30a-5:30p (no weekends!)
  • Competitive pay based on medical experience with partially paid health insurance, Vision, Paid parking, PTO, Uniforms and Pension after 1 year with a 4%+ match!

  • Requires strong experience and knowledge of aesthetics including injectibles, laser procedures and professional skincare products
  • Experienced assisting with skin checks, biopsies and other dermatological procedures
  • Recent blood draw experience with a high level of proficiency in blood draw
  • Experience quoting costs of products and services – Sales experience highly desired
  • Prior experience with high-profile clientele
  • Strong work history required and references will be contacted
  • Professional communication skills written and spoken, warm and friendly personality,
  • Natural presentation without the appearance of enhanced aesthetics
  • Experience working in a multi-practitioner BUSY office Reliable transportation to work at multiple locations as needed (all locations are on the west side in close proximity to each other with schedules planned in advance)

Duties:

  • This is the right hand of practitioner in a high-profile medical office
  • Represent the practice in every way as needed with A-list clientele
  • Primary contact for the patients so must be open to handling or getting assistance with whatever they may need
  • Assist practitioner during treatments
  • Discuss product and service costs/packages with clients independent of practitioner
  • Assist with injectables and laser skincare procedures Handle post-procedure inquiries/situations with clients evaluating the need for practitioner assistance and coordinating if needed

Schedule and Benefits:

  • Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday schedule. (Office Hours are Mon- Fri 8a-5pm Sat 8a-2pm)

Requires

  • 3+ years' experience working in a medical private practice as a Medical Assistant
  • Experienced in blood draw with recent blood draws in the past year
  • Computer proficient with some EMR/HER experience
  • Professional level of written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of Dermatology or other Aesthetic procedures and products – preferable knowledge of lasers, injectibles and dermatologic terminology

Duties

  • Room patients, update medical history and details for the visit in the EMR
  • Blood draw, wound, cleansing, stitch and staple removal, assist with in-office derm procedures, biopsies, mole removals, prepare specimens for the lab
  • Assist with aesthetic procedure patient preparation, prepare instruments for procedures, maintain lasers and radio frequency treatment equipment
  • Manage supplies, ordering when needed and ensuring rooms are always properly stocked
  • Open to learning to do treatments – any training to be provided at the company’s expense

Schedule and Compensation

  • 36 hour/week schedule: Mon, Thur, Fri 9a-5pm Tuesdays 9:30-5:30p Wednesdays 8a-1p
  • Salary in the $20 range based on aesthetic knowledge and experience
  • Benefits package including Parking, Sick (3 days) Vacation - 1 week after year 1, 2wks/yr 2, 3wks/yrs 3+) and paid Holidays

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience handling the Front Office of a high-profile Aesthetic practice or company (Plastic surgery, dermatology or Medical Spa)
  • Familiarity with professional skincare products and services with an ability to discuss them with callers and visitors
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle check-ins, callers and in-office needs
  • Experience with cash-based client service - Concierge experience highly desired!
  • Professional appearance and communication skills (speaking and writing)
  • Strong Computer proficiency with EMR experience highly desired
  • Candidates must have a solid vocabulary of medical terminology and an understanding of the operation of a private medical practice
  • Ability to work in a very busy environment, prioritize and handle various tasks efficiently

Duties:

  • Make and confirm appointments to maximize the practitioner’s schedule.
  • Check patients in/out including handling payments of large and small amounts
  • Handle callers providing information on products and services as appropriate
  • Work well with other staff to ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow into and through the practice
  • Ensure a smooth intake process of patients front to back
  • Learn about practice products and services and be able to educate callers and patients about offerings
  • Candidates without Back Office experience if desired will have the opportunity to learn basic back office - sterilization, instruments, assisting with procedures...
  • If candidate has Back Office or blood draw experience, may be asked to assist occasionally as needed for quality patient care and office flow

Schedule & Compensation:

  • M-F 35-40 hrs/wk as desired by worker - NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS
  • $18-20/hr based on experience in this position and the specialty
  • Benefits - includes strong benefits package including money toward health, paid parking, vacation, sick, holidays, and pension plan.
