  • Work as part of a Front Office team to handle caller, patient and doctor needs

  • 2+ years' experience as a private practice Front Office

  • Ability to work in a slow-paced environment and take the initiative to proactively handle outstanding tasks without being asked
  • High attention to detail in documenting patient information in charts – good handwriting

  • Skilled at drawing up injections.

  • Ability to step-in if the doctor’s practice needs occasional help with phones or basic filing.
  • Work duties center between the home and nearby doctor’s Beverly Hills medical practice.
  • This position DOES NOT travel with the family on vacations but may be asked to pet-sit or handle other details at the home while the family is away on vacation.


  • Must have 2+ years’ prior work experience as a personal assistant with professional references from those employers.

  • Background check and driving record will be checked due to the high level of security required for the children and access to financial and personal information.

  • Must have own personal transportation. When duties require using personal car, mileage is compensated.
  • Strong English language speaking, reading and writing skill; Good math skills to help with bookkeeping and bills.
  • High level of independent organization skills – there is no one to tell this person everything that must be handled. Must have an ability to plan ahead, look, listen, think, analyze and solve!
  • Willingness to handle “whatever” to ensure the household runs smoothly including light house-neatening, bookkeeping, handling emergencies by identifying and hiring repair companies, coordinating car maintenance.
