REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have 2+ years' experience working Front Office in a Healthcare private practice Ideal candidates have experience in a medical office, day spa or similar aesthetic work experience
  • Professional appearance and communication skills; warm and friendly personality,
  • Strong phone and organizational skills Ability to stay on track in a busy environment!
  • Ability to co-work with others handling and sharing duties to ensure a high level of customer service
  • Computer proficiency with an ability to pick up a new program easily with minimum instruction
  • Ability to note instructions and procedures and follow with minimum supervision
  • Strong work history required with preference given to those with longevity


COMPENSATION, SCHEDULE AND BENEFITS

  • Schedule is Monday - Friday 8:30a-5:00p, occasional Saturday
  • Competitive salary based on experience: $19+

This is a wonderful office atmosphere for a motivated, experienced person looking to be the sole coordinator for a plastics doctor. This person handles all aspects for the doctor in an environment with other single practitioners and their coordinators. Great opportunity to be the sole coordinator but not alone in the office!


JOB DUTIES:

  • Clerical – make and confirm appointments, insurance verification, check in/out. Coordinate paper charts.
  • Social Media / Marketing - take initiative in handling social media. Develop and execute other actions to drive business
  • Back Office (training provided) - Coordinate clinical trials, assist in occasional in-office procedures, clean and maintain exam rooms, inventory and order medical and office supplies
  • Surgical – close the deal after the patient meets with the doctor! Then, coordinate the surgery including patient paperwork, pre-op exams and all other details.
  • Doctor’s Assistant – handle personal calendar, travel details and expenses

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proof of at least one (1) Covid Vaccination Required
  • Must be self-driven, creative with marketing and social media ideas, sales-oriented and good at making things happen without being directed.
  • 2+ consistent years’ experience working in a medical private practice (recent same employer for 2+ years REQUIRED!)
  • Experience in some area of surgery (plastic surgery, orthopedics, ENT) with aesthetics knowledge highly desired
  • Professional communication skills
  • Computer proficient with a typing speed of 45+wpm (typingtest.com to test your speed) and experience in Word processing, basic spreadsheets to assist accounting, e-mail, scanning and other clerical processes

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:

  • M-F 9a-5p $30/hr

ABOUT THE POSITION:

  • Work well with other staff to ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow into and through the practice
  • Assist Front Office during busy periods to ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
  • Prepare syringes for aesthetic injectibles as instructed, assist with preparations for dermal fillers, peels and laser procedures
  • Must be proactive in identifying other work that needs to be handled
  • Room patients, set up and assist in minor surgical procedures, collect and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.
  • Take before / after photographs
  • Advise doctor on patient needs,
  • Document information in patient paper charts.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years' experience working Back Office in some area of Aesthetics – Derm, Plastics, Medi-Spa…
  • Knowledge of injectibles, laser procedures as well as patient preparation tasks prior to procedures
  • Ability to work in a slow-paced environment and take initiative to pro-actively handle outstanding tasks without being asked
  • High attention to details in documenting patient information in charts – good handwriting, proper English note-taking and spelling
  • Strong experience drawing and giving injections (Blood draw NOT REQUIRED.)

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:

  • M-F 35-40 hrs/wk. NO WEEKENDS! 
  • $17-20/hr based on experience

  • Educate patients about procedure preparations, what to expect pre and post procedure

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a formally trained Medical Assistant 
  • 2+ years' recent work experience in a medical or aesthetics practice (job longevity is a high priority in consideration for this position.)
  • Strong blood draw skills, with experience in sterilization techniques, lab preparation and medical procedures
  • Outgoing and upbeat personality 
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced, busy atmosphere, taking initiative to handle details that help maintain a high level of patient care

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:

  • M-F 8a-5p 
  • $20+ DOE plus monthly bonuses!
