Full Time Office Manager/Treatment/Financial Coordinator

(Job #1941) Looking for a full-time Office Manager/Treatment/Financial Coordinator for a well-established 30 + year dental office located in Beverly Hills. 

The person we are looking for

  • Positive, outgoing, people person, willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done, fun to work with as part of a dedicated team, organized, responsible and reliable.


  • Make sure everyone feels welcome when they come to our office.
  • Answer phones with energy and confidence.
  • Learn to schedule efficiently and manage patient flow to give all patients great service
  • Take payments and collect money when due.
  • Generate simple reports and statistics.
  • Keep the office looking tidy, organized, and beautiful!


  • Must have mastery of the Dentrix software program (You will be tested on the
  • software as part of the interview process)
  • Must be generally computer savvy and know Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
  • Must be able to carry yourself well, displaying polish, maturity, and confidence.
  • Must be able to talk finances including presenting and closing treatment
  • Must be competent in insurance billing and collecting as well as understanding Care
  • Credit and any other financing options.
  • Our office has a NO PERFUME policy as many medical/dental offices do because of allergies so please do not apply if this is an issue for you.
  • A shy person would not be happy in this position. You have to like to work in a small office but talk to a lot of people on the phone and in-person!!
  • Customer service is VERY IMPORTANT in our office so our ideal candidate really has to CARE about PEOPLE, the quality of his/her work, AND BE WILLING TO GIVE THEIR ALL!!

Salary and Schedule:

  • The pay scale is $25.00-27.00 per hour based on experience plus paid vacation, sick leave, and opportunity to bonus after 90 days.
  • Hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm and possibly one Saturday a month from 8:00 am – 1:00 pm.



Job #1854 DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR and FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR for Beverly Hills. General and Cosmetic Dental practice!

Job Details:

  • Coordinate Front Office including making and confirming appointments, confirming financials, insurance verification and providing details to callers with the goal of generating appointments
  • Meet with patients, identifying issues, providing options, answering questions or overcoming objections, providing information to assist the client in choosing a treatment plan
  • Discuss and coordinate payment options such as Care Credit
  • Monitor client's treatment process for a a high level of patient satisfaction


  • Must have 2+ years' experience in Dental private practice
  • Experience handling the front office of a dental practice and working with patients on products, services and financial details
  • Knowledge of cosmetic dental procedures including ZOOM!, Invisalign and other 
  • EMR experience preferably using Dentrix or a web-based EMR system
  • Business experience and knowledge coordinating business details including coding, billing, payment posting
  • Marketing experience and the ability to use social media to maintain clients and develop referrals
  • Strong phone and organizational skills
  • Mentality to handle what is needed for a high level of patient care and customer service
  • College education highly desired
  • Strong work history required with preference given to those with longevity

Schedule and Compensation:

  • Competitive salary $23+ based on experience
  • Schedule to be discussed during interview process.
