Clinical Research Coordinator

MUST HAVE 2+ years of Clinical Research Coordination experience!!!

(Job #1847) RESEARCH COORDINATOR /ADMINISTRATIVE/MARKETING needed for BEVERLY HILLS MEDICAL Practice.

Requirements:

  • Seeking a smart, independent worker who loves to stay busy, learn new things, develop special projects and wear many hats for an exciting, interesting and ever-changing career!
  • Must have previous experience in healthcare clinical research and have worked in a private medical office


Job Duties:

  • Coordinate clinical trials including all regulatory paperwork, scheduling, reports and overall ensure the clinical trials are run properly and efficiently
  • Assist in Front Office with phones, appointments and insurance verification
  • Assist with Public Relations as the point person for the web designers and marketing staff, and maintain social media
  • Strong computer skills are required including fast and accurate typing, working experience with social media and the ability to monitor web-based marketing efforts to ensure a strong online presence
  • Must be very detailed as this position schedules and documents all the tests and results, chart reviews, reports, forms, manage budgets and contracts
  • Outgoing personality, smart, able to work independently, professional appearance and diction


Schedule and Compensation:

  • Part Time: 2-3 Days/wk
  • $22+ some benefits including sick
