Billing Coordinator
PART TIME!!! 3 days per week. PERMANENT position, immediate hire!
Experienced MEDICAL BILLER needed for Pasadena-area medical practice.
This is an IN-OFFICE position - NOT remote!
Job Details:
- Seeking someone who can work independently, AND in a team.
- Handle all insurance billing for private medical practice Submit billing electronically, address denials, chargebacks, appeals with the goal of facilitating collections
Requirements:
3+ years’ work experience handling medical Billing and Collections including in-depth knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 codes
- Medium to high level of computer proficiency including EMR experience,
- E-Clinical Works experience highly desired
- Professional writing skills, diction and ability to work with patients and insurance companies in a clear and professional manner when handling collections issues - A MUST!
Schedule and Compensation:
- 24 hrs/wk or so with specific hours to be determined by mutual need - expect about 3 days on, 4 off.
- $18-$20/hr

Biller/Collector for Santa Monica medical practice...
Job Details:
- This position focuses on A/R and Collections but also assists with Billing duties when necessary.
- The practice handles QME & AME cases so a knowledge of Med- Legal codes is needed.
- This is a cash office, so they do not accept insurance.
Requirements:
- Computer proficiency is required, preferably with EMR experience.
- Knowledge of E-Medsys software and Zirmed for Medicare courtesy billing highly desired but not required.
Schedule and Compensation:
- 24 hrs/wk or so with specific hours to be determined by mutual need - expect about 3 days on, 4 off.
- $23/hr+ based on experience.

Nasal Testing Tech
MEDICAL ASSISTANTS to perform on-site Nasal Swab Testing on YOUR SCHEDULE!

- Techs are provided training, full PPE and supplies to perform pharyngeal nasal swab procedures
- Schedules are paid at a 4-hour minimum - even if you only visit 1 site and are done in an hour
- Techs are provided full addresses and details and are responsible for prompt arrival, professional execution of the test and delivery of the test to the lab in Culver City
- You tell us when you are available and we schedule you accordingly
- Assignments available include both individual in-home testing for 1-5 people, on-site testing where you would handle testing for a larger group scheduled in sequence and for very large groups, work with a team of other testers to facilitate testing.
- YOU DECIDE what assignments you work
Requires
- Experience as a Medical Assistant - new grads welcome but must have medical assisting experience within the past year
- Personal transportation as you will be transporting your equipment with you
- Attention to detail!!!! Last minute changes happen and you must be on top of them!!
- Access to email and text as we communicate details digitally
- Ability to print the assignment's list of subjects to take with you to the site
Schedule and Compensation
- Fully Flexible to YOUR availability! We get assignments 7 days per week at various times so need people available any day any time 7a-8pm
- We schedule you in 4-hour blocks. However, if you are only available until 9 or 10am, we can still schedule you for single morning assignments so reach out!!!
- $18/hour paid weekly
- You are an employee of the agency. Any parking expenses submitted will be reimbursed.
