YOUR RESUME - what image does it convey to an employer?

Your resume should "draw a picture" of you, your skills and the benefits you offer to a potential employer.  When reviewing your resume, an employer should be able to visualize you actually doing the work they need you to handle with minimum guidance.  Create the picture using  factual details such as computer programs, specific duties, languages and experience.
